Previous to Arellia, Stephen held product management and engineering management positions at Symantec, Altiris, and Axent. At Symantec, Stephen championed key initiatives for Altiris product and business integration after Altiris was acquired in 2007. He also led many strategic areas including Symantec’s mobile device management, security integrations, and IT analytics products. Stephen has a MBA from the University of Utah, a BS in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Janusz Chudzynski is a Research Associate and Software Engineer for the Academic Technology Center at the University of West Florida, where he is responsible for the development of innovative applications using various technologies. Janusz earned a M.S. in Computer Science at the University of West Florida, and a M.S. in Management and Marketing with a minor in Information Systems from Warsaw University Technology in 2006. He received an Apple Scholarship to attend the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in 2009. Janusz has also taught several courses for the University of West Florida and co authored two books about programming mobile devices. In his free time he develops apps, learns about new technologies, or plays beach volleyball.

Robert Foster’s almost 50 years in the Technology arena includes 17 years with IBM where he moved from Field Engineering, to Management, to Sales, to Product Development Manager, and to Division Manager of Office Systems Strategy. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Foudray served as a project executive for Business Development for IBM Business Consulting Services (federal). In that capacity, he was responsible for developing new business, strategic planning, organizing, staffing, and directing the activities of a $200 million, profit and loss operating group. His primary activities were focused on C4ISR support to the intelligence community.

Mr. Hicks has been involved in the field of Technology for over 25 years. He received his BS Degree in Computers and Information Systems, from Florida A&M University in 1988 through the Navy's BOOST program. Hicks was accepted into the Naval Flight Program and was designated a Naval Aviator in October 1989. At Air Wing 5, he was assigned the duties of creating an IT department for the Wing, which supported all of the squadrons at NAS Whiting Field. He helped in creating a base-wide fiber network construction, data center design and construction, network design and support. In 1987, he established Pensacola Internet, the first company to introduce 56K modem and wireless Internet access in the area.

He sold off the company in 1998 and became IT Director at Network Telephone, managing IT as the company grew from 55 employees to 600+ employees in 9 states. He oversaw projects such as data center design, fiber network design, wireless network design and construction and assisted in billing, OSS, trouble ticket, network monitoring system selection and integration. In 2001, he left Network Telephone and founded Hixardt Technologies, INC., now one of the predominant IT firms in the Southeast, offering Next Generation Cloud and Wireless Services, Virtualization Consulting services, quick response times, and competitive pricing.

Distribution Analyst and Distribution Engineer
Gulf Power

Jack has a BS degree in Environmental Sciences / Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He has worked at Gulf Power since 2004 where he is responsible for the outage management system. Before that he worked with ESRI GIS – first for the state of Georgia producing digital and paper road maps, and later tax parcel cadastral databases, and then with Southern Company supporting the GIS system for building distribution network models. The outage management system is built directly off the GIS data model.

Grayson has BS degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering as well as a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. He has worked for Gulf Power in the Distribution Control Center for four years, working on mobile workforce, distribution network management, and advanced metering applications. Grayson is a subject matter expert in Big Data Analytics at Southern Company, usually related to data coming from the Advanced Metering Infrastructure. Prior to Gulf Power, he worked in the Florida State University College of Engineering Department of Civil Engineering.

Paul L. Jones is currently the City of Pensacola’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) where he leads the City’s Technology Resources Division. He has over 30 years’ experience managing all aspects of technology, including strategic planning, IT Governance, budgeting, life cycle management, process improvement, systems security, and team leadership.

In addition, Paul currently holds CISSP, ITIL Expert, Security+, and Project+ certifications, is a certified ITIL instructor, an adjunct instructor at Pensacola State College, and serves on several technology advisory committees. He was recently awarded the 2014 Technology Achievement Award for Innovative Leadership in Management of Information Technology by the Florida Local Government Information System Association (FLGISA).

Partnerships with Windows Azure and Windows Intune brought cloud-based networking, storage, and operating system management to Bit-Wizards customers. Since April 2013, Mitchell has been a member of the Pensacola ITT Tech's Program Advisory Committee, contributing to the school's degree programs in Information Systems and Cybersecurity and Network Systems Administration.

Brigadier General (retired) Gregory J. Touhill is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Cybersecurity Operations and Programs in the Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he focuses on the development and implementation of operational programs designed to protect our government networks and critical infrastructure systems.

General Touhill retired from the U.S. Air Force in July 2013 after a distinguished career culminating as the Chief Information Officer and Director of Command, Control, Communications, and Cyber Systems at U.S. Transportation Command—one of the nation’s 10 combatant commands. A highly decorated combat leader, he served as the United States Defense Attaché to Kuwait and as the 81st Training Wing commander, where he established the Air Force’s Cyberspace Operations training programs and led the $1 billion rebuilding of Keesler AFB, Miss., in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

General Touhill is a distinguished graduate of the Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College, and the Advanced Communications Officer Training school, where he received the Webb Award as the top graduate. He also is a graduate of the Air War College, the Armed Forces Staff College, the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellows program, and the University of North Carolina’s Logistics and Technology Program for Executives.

General Touhill maintains the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Acquisition Professional, and the Advanced Professional Director certifications.
